Vinous - Score: 90 (2018 July)

Laval’s NV (2015) Brut Nature Cumières is creamy and giving, with soft curves and plenty of immediacy. In this release, the Cumières is a bit more open than it typically is, with less of the nervosity that is such a signature of this wine. There is a slightly drying, vegetal quality that comes through on the finish. This release is based on 2015, and was disgorged with no dosage, as is the custom here. Disgorged November 13, 2017.
